The photo needs to be on the web somewhere, like in a photobucket account, not just on your computer. Paste the URL in the body of the message. Highlight the URL and then click on the IMG button, 2nd from left in the second row, looks like a tiny framed picture. If you have a photobucket account, you can just click on the IMG link below the pic on your photobucket page.
